Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Fifty pieces per model and colour for a standard programme. Mixed trial orders are welcome, and existing customers often start a new model at a lower quantity.
Can you develop a product from our drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing or a physical sample with your target price and destination market. We will confirm what is buildable and return a prototype on the production line.
How long does a first order take?
Around 60 days from a settled drawing to the first saleable carton, and 45-55 days for production and pre-shipment inspection once the sample is approved.
Which markets do you ship to?
Mainly the United States, Australia and Europe, including retail direct-to-distribution-centre deliveries. We can quote FOB, CIF or DDP depending on the agreement.
Do you supply the brand's own packaging?
Yes. Retail packaging, barcodes, instruction sheets and carton artwork can all be produced to your artwork files, subject to a print plate charge on the first run.
Can we visit the factory?
Of course. Suqian is about three hours by road from Shanghai and we will arrange the visit around a production run relevant to your product. Video tours are available as well.
