Panel processing
Electronic sawing, edge banding, six-face drilling and CNC carving with in-line measurement on critical operations.
Manufacturing
Furniture production at Suqian runs on CNC carving, electronic panel saws, automatic edge banding and six-face drilling, with roughly 70 percent of operations automated and final inspection still in human hands.
Capability
Electronic sawing, edge banding, six-face drilling and CNC carving with in-line measurement on critical operations.
Four veneer lines with air-cushion separation, custom pattern styles and an annual capacity of three million pieces.
Wide-belt sanding to +/-0.15 mm, then water-based lacquer or melamine finish with grain matching on exposed faces.
Cushioned flat-pack cartons built to a 600 mm module, with loading plans drawn per order.
Central dust extraction, waste briquetting and a biomass thermal energy centre that also supplies the veneer lines.
RMB 40-50 million annual furniture output, 16-20 containers shipped each month.
Key equipment
Photographed on site. Names and codes correspond to our internal asset register, which customers sometimes need when they audit a programme.
M07Biomass thermal oil and steam generation supplies heat for pressing, drying and veneer lines, with flue-gas recycling to cut fuel consumption.
M02Turns and stacks panels between process stages without manual lifting, protecting board faces and keeping line speed constant.
M08Calibrates and finishes boards to a uniform thickness of +/-0.15 mm, giving a consistent surface for laminating, veneering and edge banding.
M03Aligns and separates veneer sheets with air cushions before pressing, reducing torn grain and glue-line defects.
M01Central extraction on every sanding and sawing station. Collected dust is briquetted and burned in the thermal centre as fuel.
M04Wet scrubbing and filtration for the forming and pressing lines, monitored continuously and reported to the local environmental authority.
M06Selective non-catalytic reduction downstream of the boiler reduces nitrogen oxide emissions well inside the limits required for continuous operation.
M05Insulated ductwork recovers waste heat from the dryer exhaust and returns it to the thermal centre, cutting natural-gas use on cold days.
How an order runs
Drawing, target price, market requirements and packing reviewed together.
Prototype built on the production line, then photographed and shipped for approval with colour chips.
Board, edge banding, hardware and drilling locked and filed for repeat orders.
Scheduled with in-line inspection at sawing, edge banding and drilling.
Carton count, CBM, label check and photographs before loading.
Mixed-model loading plan executed and photographed, documents issued against the B/L.
Send the product drawing or a photograph with your target cost and we will confirm which line would run it and what has to change to hit the price.
